Pasta & Gelato Making Class in Rome – Shared Experience
Join a lively, hands-on shared cooking class in Rome and discover how to make one of Italy’s most beloved classics: fresh egg pasta.
Type: Shared / hands-on cooking class.
Schedule: Runs daily at 11:00, 15:00, and 18:30.
Meeting point: The exact location and directions are sent to you at the time of booking.
Duration: 3 hours.
Guided by our professional English-speaking local chefs, you’ll start by creating a fresh egg pasta dough from scratch, then shape it into two traditional pasta formats. These will be matched with two seasonal, freshly made sauces, while the chef shares practical tips so you can confidently recreate everything at home.
While the dough is resting, you’ll take part in a gelato-making demonstration. You’ll explore the story of this iconic Italian dessert, learn about the typical ingredients and methods, and receive insider suggestions on how to spot the best gelaterie as you travel around Italy.
To finish, you’ll sit down and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, along with unlimited wine for adults and soft drinks for children, sharing a relaxed moment with the rest of the group. Before you leave, you’ll be given a graduation certificate and a digital recipe booklet, so you can impress friends and family with your new pasta and gelato skills back home.
