With the guidance of expert hosts, you’ll follow the complete journey of Italy’s famous lemon liqueur. You’ll start by choosing and peeling fresh organic lemons, then move on to mixing them with alcohol and sugar, discovering how each element affects the final flavor. As you grate, peel, and stir, your hosts will tell stories that link Rome to the Amalfi Coast, showing how limoncello became a symbol of Italian hospitality and the dolce vita lifestyle.

From First Sip to Your Own Bottle

The experience opens with a welcome toast and a friendly introduction to the distillery and its production techniques. Then it’s time to get hands-on: you’ll prepare the infusion, tweak the balance between the ingredients, and understand how time and attention transform simple components into a rich, aromatic liqueur.

While your limoncello rests, you’ll move into the private tasting area. There, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of the exclusive Spritz Drink It®, served alongside delicious Roman pizza.
