• Tours run year-round, also in the rain (the carts have rain covers), and are guaranteed except for natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation policy

You get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the tour, and a 50% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before; cancellations made less than 48 hours before, and no-shows, are not refunded.
