Once the booking is confirmed, specific instructions will be provided on how to access the Colosseum Archaeological Park.
Full names are mandatory for all participants, including children under 5, and each name provided must exactly match the name shown on the participant’s valid identification document. Each name must also be linked to the correct admission category.
Infants must be declared at the time of booking; otherwise, they will not be allowed to join the visit.
Every participant must bring an original, valid ID. Photocopies or photos on mobile devices are not accepted.
Colosseum Admissions are nominal, issued in each guest’s name, and non-refundable
If any name or admission-category errors are found, they must be reported as soon as possible (at least 72 hours before the visit) to reduce the risk of denied entry.
Security checks apply to all visitors; large bags or luggage may be refused. Prohibited items include weapons or sharp objects, glass bottles, alcohol, aerosols, drones, and animals.
Please note that the choice of vehicle color or type is not guaranteed.
Depending on the number of participants and vehicle availability, the tour may utilize eFiat 500s, eFiat 850s, or a combination of these vehicles.
In the event of rain or wet weather, we will need to switch to golf cart vehicles equipped with rain covers to ensure comfort and safety.
Vehicle preference: You can choose your preferred vehicle color or type, for an additional fee of €150. If we are unable to accommodate your request after the fee has been paid, we will refund the full €150 and provide a 50% discount (€75) on the vehicle preference fee as compensation.
Age Restriction for Babies: Due to the vintage nature of our vehicles, which are not equipped with seat belts, we cannot install baby seats. Therefore, we cannot legally accommodate babies younger than 3 years old. Only children aged 3 years and above, accompanied by a parent, are permitted on the tour.
